Registration Fees
Registration is not complete until the registration fees have been paid. The payment deadline is October 31. Tuition fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer, but not in cash. This requires opening a Belgian bank account, among other steps.
Steps to be taken by non-Belgian students
Once payment is complete, you will receive a registration summary, a certificate of enrollment, an email address, and a student ID card . Your student ID card serves as an access badge and grants entry to campus buildings.
Please note: you must activate your access and email address.
The student ID card is sent only to a Belgian address, which you provided during registration. If you encounter any issues, contact the Student Office of the Academic Services Department.

Social, material, financial, or legal assistance
ULiège wants everyone to be able to complete their academic program under the best possible conditions. An individual support service ( ), specialized counseling, and various forms of material assistance are available at ULiège as well as through other partner services to help you with costs related to your studies and student life throughout your academic program.
The Student Social Services Office ( ) can offer assistance to any student facing social or financial difficultiesrelatedto their student life.
